Amazon affliate – plugin

Hi all.
I hope you can help me. I’ve tried to use this plugin for wordoress:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/amazon-post-purchase/installation/I just can’t get it to work… I’ve managed to get the widget to show in the sidebar of the right page (https://lineofbeauty.dk/2009/10/22/sadan-far-du-flotte-kr%c3%b8ller/) It’s the last thing in the right sidebar. I see the title from the widget, but I don’t understand how I can get the “Custom Fiels” to shov the content of the affiliate link..
Can anyone please help me???
