Problem with Counter sticks at 0

  • I’ve been having this problem with the counter. I used Flash’s embedded counter plugin but it sticks at zero, no matter the number I use. I tried downloading another plugin (Counter number) with the same results.

    I’m operating a WordPress multi-site, and I don’t know if that’s the issue with the plugins. Any thoughts?

  • Hi @gonzalezacuna,

    I tested the issue you’re having on my local environment. Default FT:Animated Number Counter seems to work, but the plugin you’re using isn’t showing effect. Later came to realize that the plugin i.e Counter Number is hindering the default FT:Animated Number Counter and it’s also not working.

    So I’ll like you to suggest you to uninstall the plugin and try using the default counter.
