    Good day!
What is necessary for the UsersWP pages to be displayed and edited in the DIVI theme editor?
    Thanks.
    Sincerely, Alexander.

  • Hi Alexander,

All our widgets and shortcodes are supported in most of the page builder plugins and themes like ELEMENTOR, OXYGEN, DIVI, BEAVER BUILDER, GUTENBERG etc.

If you face any issues just let us know and we will help you to fix it.

    Hi Patrik!

Thank you very much for your reply!
I will take advantage of your help with pleasure.

    Description.
    1. In CMS WordPress with a DIVI theme, i installed the plugin UsersWP.
    2. Plugin pages appeared in the list of pages (REGISTRATION, USERS, USER PROFILE and others).
    3. All pages are displayed and edited perfectly in a regular WordPresseditor. At the same time, short codes are displayed on the page. Everything is fine.
    4. When you try to open the same page in the DIVI editor, a long download takes place that lasts and lasts. The UsersWP plugin page is not displayed.

If you insert shortcodes from the editing page of a regular editor in the DIVI editor, the DIVI editor also infinitely tries to load the page, but it does not lead to anything.
Is it possible that shortcodes should be specifically defined for the DIVI editor?

    What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for your help.
    Sincerely, Alexander

    Hi Patrik!

I understand correctly? The plugin does not require any additional actions and its pages, which should be displayed in the DIVI theme.

    Thanks.

    Alexander

    Hi,

No plugin doesn’t require any additional actions. We have created our own library called Super Duper which registers shortcode, widget, Gutenberg block and compatibility with all major page builders. You simply need to add a code block from the Divi elements and put a shortcode into it and save the page. Our shortcode will output the content in the Divi builder for preview.

    Hi Patrik!

Thank you very much for your help. I have ensured that the forms display normally in the DIVI theme. The problem was the incorrect operation of the topic.
    But I have another question:
I need to register new users not by the users themselves, but by a user with the ADMINISTRATOR role. At the same time, other actions, for example, editing a user profile, changing a password, and others, can be performed by users themselves. That is the way it is organized in WordPress.
Is it possible to do this through settings or by making changes to the PHP code. What changes do I need to make for this?

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Alexander

    Hi Alexander,

I am not sure if I understood correctly but what I think you want to do is create users from the backend instead of allowing users to register from frontend and you want the new user to access the profile, account and other pages from the frontend. For this, you will not need to do any changes or code. This will work fine. The main requirement is just the user should be a WordPress user. You can try yourself and let me know if you need any help from my side.

    Patrik

    Hi Patrik!

    No. A bit wrong.
I know that this can be done directly through the WordPress admin panel, but I need to implement registration through the form of your plugin.

    I need the following change:

    What is available:
    1. A new user is registered independently through the REGISTER form.

    What I need:
    1. Registration of new users is carried out in the same form of the plugin (REGISTER form). (Not in the WordPress admin panel).
    2. Registration is performed only by the user with the ADMINISTRATOR role. That is, only a user with the ADMINISTRATOR role can register new users.
    3. Changes to the profile, password and others can be made already by the new user by the user.

Is it possible to do this through settings or by making changes to the PHP code. What changes do I need to make for this?

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    Alexander

    Hi,

Our registration form will not display if the user is already logged in. As you are saying user with the administrator role can register new user. But if the user with the administrator role is already login then he will not able to see the registration form in frontend and can’t create a new user from the frontend.
