Course Completion not firing

Hi! It seems as though the awards and points I’ve set for a user when they complete a course aren’t happening – whether it’s any course or a specific course. They are getting the points properly for finishing a module or a unit, but nothing happens when they complete a course. I’ve also tested this on a fresh wordpress install to rule out any issues with the current site setup or other points awards and I’m finding the same issue. I have currently switched it up to apply extra points on completion of the final unit within a course as a workaround, but I just can’t get it to do anything on completion of course.
