registered users accesses

    Hey
    I’m looking for two things:
    1.Where I can put some registration action to my website/blog ?
    That means where people can register in order to leave comments…
    2.Is there a plug-in that can allow access to a specific category in my website/blog only for registered users?

    What is your advise in that area?
