hi, i love litespeed cache. amazing! Litespeed cache does great work. however, it needs redis and memcaches on object cache. Redis and memcache are not supported for shared hosting! especially database cache is needed. I made great optimization with litespeed server and litespeed cache. You may notice the [ redundant link removed ] speed. but sql queries still slow down the site. I’m looking for a great solution. Can litespeed share the way to support database cache in shared hosting?

(sorry for my english. I’m using translate)

    Hi,

You will need to contact your hosting provider for such thing , or get a VPS

as such software requires root privilege to install/configure , there is nothing can be done about it without root

    Hi,

I am sorry to hear this and saying that , but this feature requires Redis or Memcached , and such program can only be installed/configured by sys-admin , without access, this can’t be done.

thanks for support. w3 total cache has an internal database block. It would be nice if litspeed did a similar feature. The majority of websites use shared hosting.

thanks, I’m looking forward to it. litespeed team is great!

Yes, another vote for this. I’m at the point of thinking of swapping to W3Cache solely for the Object cache to disk feature (but really don’t want to!). Any idea when this might get past todo list?

Also, thanks for the plugin to date. It does a great job.

    Thumbs up for this one
