The best contact form plugin

I’ve been having a hard time finding a good plugin that would allow me to easily create a contact form and also to have flexibility in creating a good notification.

Not only this plugin allows me to send an email with the info and from there being able to reply directly via email to the person, but all the submissions stay registered in the database to be able to access them and even filter them for future reference.

AND, it is free! … That’s really golden because for a functionality like this you would normally pay for a PRO version, which is something that you find more often than not these days.
