Let’s start with the obvious, stuck feeds often happen because of WP-cron issues. See: https://adtribes.io/can-i-disable-the-wp-cron-and-run-a-server-cron-and-still-use-your-plugin/

When that doesn’t solve the issue at hand I would check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is any error in there that could explain the issue at hand. This is where you can find them: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

When there is something in your WooCommerce fatal error logs please share it with us.

Thanks for your response.

I checked settings in htaccess and wp-config – cron is not disabled here.

I tried to fix it this way https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/ but did not solve the issue either.

Thanks for your reply and the screenshot of your fatal error log. Although the error log is not showing any error related to our plugin it does give a strong indication your website is experiencing issues because several plugins are running into a server setting limitation (max execution time). I would advice to increase the setting for this.

Also, would you be so kind as to share your plugin debug.log so we can see how you have configured your feed? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
