Error code warning detected

    Hi there
    I can see this warning when I being the defender dashboard
    Actually I show the Unknown file in WordPress core that mentions the name urna-1.tar which is showing in the error

    Urna is my website theme I bleve the Urna theme is in the theme folder sure the urna file not to be in the wp-admin I’m not sure about it why the file is located here

    When I remove the file the error showing if I upload again this file the error has gone
    Please help me what kind of this file. Is the theme file need to be in the wp-admin folder too

    I apologize for fo the inconvenience this warning might have caused. This is a known issue and a fix for it will be released in the next plugin versions.

    They are not causing any issues on the plugin’s functions, and they are related to permissions.
