First image in safari won’t appear.

So, when I have your plugin turned on, the very first image on every page of my website doesn’t appear on safari or mobile safari (well, technically the second, since the logo is excluded from being lazy loaded). It is downloading right after the page loads (according to the inspector), so that is working as intended. The Url of the image that never displays goes through my website instead of your CDN (like https://cardboardmountain.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/ezgif-2-49ae0dcecc8c-868×488.jpg instead of looking like the other images on the site, ie like https://cdn.shortpixel.ai/spai/w_480+q_lossless+ret_img+to_webp/https://cardboardmountain.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Screen-Shot-2019-11-28-at-4.36.11-PM.png).
I have the Rocket Lazyload polyfill turned on. My caching plugin is currently off but the problem persists.
