I am using Google Fonts Typography plugin with Stratford template. I have chosen Roboto as my font for the website. When I I am designing and editing, the font that is showing is the big clunky font for the template. When I go to preview the page- the robot font is there. This is a huge problem because I can not design with out seeing the correct font, size and weight. Totally inefficient.

    Hi @cssunan,

To clarify, this is happening when you are editing a post/page? Which editor do you use (Classic or Gutenberg)?

I am using the editor that comes with the Stratford Theme- pretty sure that it is not the classic.
“You’ll be using the Customizer to configure your site’s look and feel. To access the Customizer, click on My Site in the top-left corner of the screen, look for the Personalize section in the sidebar, and click on Customize. (Going forward we’ll use the Customize → X format to point to a specific section within the Customizer.) Learn more about the Customizer here.”

I figured it out. Need to click on the ribbon icon and them chose “transform” to google fonts.
I hope this helps any one else who has run into this issue.
    Cheers!
