• We are having an issue with a clients site. The entire site is supposed to be inaccessible to everyone besides the https://www.fivestarleaders.com/news/ page and all blog posts. In the backend under UM settings > access we have the check box next to “posts” unchecked. We have disabled plugins and themes to try and troubleshoot without any luck. Any insight you can give us as to why the blog posts are still blocked?

    Hi @curlyhost,

Not sure what is your requirement. Please clear which part do you want to restrict and to whom. If you could provide screenshot of your access setting too, would be greate.

    Thanks.

Same thing happened to me and I cannot figure it out. My blog disappeared and is only visible when I’m logged in as admin. If I deactivate the UM plugin, it seems to work but activating it shuts it back down. We have protected and unprotected posts on our blog. The unprotected blog should be showing up to the general audience. maxoncapitalgroup.com/blog

I spent all day troubleshooting this and have found that only unprotected blogs posted after April 14th, 2020 are being populated to the Blog page. Any blogs posted before this date disappear and if I change the date to after this, they re-appear…

I would be happy to send a support tech a login if they could email me at [email protected] – we still need the site to be inaccessible besides the news page and the blog posts and can’t get the configuration to acknowledge this. We have updated all of the things and have disabled other plugins and it is still happening.

    Best!
