Staff order number doesn’t change

I’d like to change the order of the staff members displayed on the club page. I’ve changed the Order attribute for all the roles, but it doesn’t have any impact. Any advice?

Did you use the drag and drop method in Edit mode on the staff directory?
Or did you change the Order number in Edit mode for each staff member ?Order by number :
