Stats email keeps coming through over and over again

    Hi, for some reason, the Stats email keeps being sent to me over and over again. Rather than one report on how many emails were opened etc., I have had 14 of them so far and all on the same day. Any reason why this would be happening?

  • We’re really sorry about that. This is a bug that affects our latest release (version 3.46.9) and we are already working on a fix.

    In the meantime, please go to your MailPoet Settings page, Basics tab and uncheck the two options to send “Stats notifications” to your email address.

    If that doesn’t stop the emails from being sent, from some unknown reason, we suggest a plugin roll back to the previous version 3.46.8 available to download here https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/mailpoet.3.46.8.zip

    We removed the faulty version 3.46.9 from the WordPress repository so it won’t affect others. Once we launch the new version with a fix for that bug, that would be version 3.46.10.

    same problem that I have encountered so far we are over 320 notifications and they do not stop.

    install version 3.46.8 and wait for the new version.
    This was recommended by MailPoet and I have solved it for the moment

    Version 3.46.10 has been released on WordPress.og, so you can update the Plugin from the desktop of your WordPress installation to solve the problem. I have done so and it no longer sends out mass emails.
