    Hi @maxunet, I apologize for the delayed response. I checked the URL you provided and it seems you have removed our WordPress plugin. Can you please have our plugin installed and keep the forms inactive so I can temporarily enable them on my end to test?

    @maxunet The URL you provided has multiple blog posts in it. Your embed form is set to show after each blog post in the Behavior step of the form which is causing the form to replicate. Please remove this selection in the Behavior step. You can place the form manually by using the HTML code offered in the Publish step instead.
