Unable to Edit Page – DotTip error?

I am unable to edit pages on my WP website (https://capic.net)

The website works, but I am unable to edit pages. I have tried editing multiple pages from the WP dashboard but I get the same generic message. “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

The more complete copied error message reads:

I recently upgraded to WP 5.4. I don’t know if it related to this upgrade or a plug-in issue or something else.
