Hello when I go to the settings of the plugin it is not working properly, I can’t even add a new shipping provider, I think it is a conflict with the javascript, in the chrome console I can see this error:

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).tipTip is not a function

    Also this other error:

    GET https://trackship.info/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/trackship-400.png 404

I have not touched any of the plugin files, the plugin works but I can’t just modify settings, any idea?
