I’m using the paid version of the app at current version 4.1.31 and am getting an error on both Instagram feeds I’ve set up – one targeting a user and another targeting a hashtag. The error is as follows:

Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:
Response code is 0. Body: Something went wrong. Please report issue.

And yes, I’ve saved our Instagram user login credentials. Please help.

    Same problem !

    Same problem here! ??

    Same here

Sure… it worked for some days with a new Insta-Account. Now it’s broken again! Apparently my Server is banned now. Also with other Insta-Accounts and many days of inactivity i get this continuous message:

“Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:
Feed cache has not been built. Try to manually rebuild cache using three dots menu on the left.”

This is awkward… and i paid for this plugin. ??

    EDIT:
Yes, i am using the new version 4.1.32!

Hello, we released a new version (Pro 4.1.32 and Lite 3.1.61). Please get and install it in a regular way.

After updating, in most cases, you will need to confirm in the Instagram app that it was you on new login.
    Please process step by step:
    1. Add IG login data in the Flow-Flow AUTH tab. Avoid using your personal “surfing” account or feed’s account, and we advise creating a separate Instagram account for authentication purposes.
Also, for now, the plugin doesn’t support two-factor authorization, please disable it in your Instagram account settings.
    2. Create feed, you will get an error on the first run.
    3. Go to the Instagram app or website and confirm it was you trying to login (it will show your server physical location and ask for confirmation).
    4. Enable feed you created in step 2.

Also, keep Instagram feeds update period as “once a day”.

Currently, we’re waiting for Facebook approval to use their new API. This will make plugin work much more stable.

If these steps didn’t help too, please delete Instagram feeds and wait for the release with Graph API support.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
