Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 byt

    Hello,
    I’m using Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to check my website’s overall performance, the plugin says there’s a problem with cURL:

    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 byt

    When I disable Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Pro plugin the error goes away.
    Could you please check that and let me know what to do?
