• I installed this plugin for testing and it is full of bugs, the triggers don’t work when they should, SQL errors, some form fields don’t work and when I try to contact them to inform those errors they tell me that they only support customers who have bought any plan, a complete disaster

    Hi @aluelmo27, that’s very strange and we would really like to find out more about the issues that you experienced. Can you confirm what specific problems you had with the plugin?

    We haven’t seen any posts in the support forum here or via our website about this. Our team also hasn’t said anything about only supporting Pro customers; we are definitely supporting all users, as you’ll see in our support forum on this site. Is there any chance you can confirm when you sent and received these communications? It would be great to get to the bottom of the issues you’re describing.

    This plugin has been rock solid for me. And it’s odd that this is review is the user’s only activity on www.ads-software.com. Ever. Is there any way for a moderator to check if this is fake?
