• Hi I can transfer articles from aliexpress to the “import list” all ok, then if I click “import all” it imports them on the “import list” tab all ok. When I go to the “import list” tab to view them it appears to be empty with nothing. can it be the mistake thanks?

p.s.Mi hosting is altervista.org I activated the https protocol but on the firefox browser it tells me that it is not safe. Could this be the problem?

    Hi,
The update is not related to this issue.
Did you try importing only 1 product and check all product details before importing?

    (@simowp)

I did this too but the error remains.
There is another user who posted this issue here like me.
    How do we solve thanks?

Do you see any product in your WooCommerce products page?
And do you currently disable cron?

    Thread Starter simowp

    (@simowp)

There is nothing after importing on woocommerce products

    example video

I also defined the wording on wp-config.php:
    define (‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false);
    No same result.
    after define (‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);
    No same result.
    More information thanks?

Please install the WP crontrol plugin, if you see this error https://prnt.sc/s13ohq when viewing crons on that plugin page then cron is not working.

ok I installed the plug-in and edited wp-config.php correctly to disable wp cron …. I still can’t import anything. More ideas thanks?

    You don’t understand.
You have to ENABLE cron to make it work.
Only when you can make cron run correctly and import again then we will know if the problem is caused by cron or not.

I set up a new cronjob on hosting altervista scheduled once a day and on the url to be called I set (ww.sitoweb.altervista.org/wp-cron.php)
    it’s right?
Why do not I see changes!

    example 1
    example 2

Should I set something on this (wp Control) page? And how?
    example 3

can you give me a better help i’m desperate
if i enable cronjob on wp error 35 comes out

    error 403 not error 35

I think you should ask for help about cron here https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ before you can continue with our plugin.

can’t you give me an answer instead of sending me somewhere else? …. To other customers it works?

I can not debug it because that’s your site settings. I can only debug if the cause is from our plugin.
If you just let cron work normally like you install a new WordPress site, there should be no problem.

    Thread Starter simowp

    (@simowp)

Ok, I solved it without asking for help, you had to set a different URL for the cronjob.

Now the articles have been created and even the woocommerce products page my site has been populated in an instant. Thank you.

Published images are not displayed why?
    articles imported
    product woocommerce
    display site
