Column problems

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Are you also experiencing this same problem when exporting products and orders? The information looks like it is being exported correctly, separated by a comma, but reading it looks strange. On the export screen can you make sure CSV format is selected and export it again? Can you also try to open the file through another program that can read CSV files?

    If you are still having the same issue, would you mind sending me a link to the file so I can have a look at it?

    It was indeed the reader of the file, thank you very much for your quick response, now it works perfectly
