shopping cart rework

  • I did not set up the WP website but have taken over administration of the site for my client.
    When the website was set up, the shopping cart was configured to package each different product into a separate box and ship it separately.

    We now need these different products to combine.

    Can someone help me to figure out how to rework the shopping cart set up?

    I tried the plugin Advanced shipping packages and that was not the answer.
