BOGO item selection doesn’t work/update when free item is selected in checkout

    If you add BOGO item to the cart and go straight to checkout (bypassing the cart), you will see radio buttons to select your free item. However, when an item is selected, the cart doesn’t update and when someone checks out, they don’t get a free item.

    The free item selection needs to work properly (i.e. AJAX update of order) in checkout.
