switch 302 to 301 redirect

I’ve been to Google webmaster forum and this is what I am told:
https://softwarecritics.info/index.php
and
https://www.softwarecritics.info/index.php

both 302 redirect to:

https://www.softwarecritics.info/

Deos anybody have an idea here to resolve this or this will resolve itself?

my original domain is non-www and it was switched to www after I transferred hosting and a 301 redirect was set in htaccess as well as conditional redirect for feedburner feed.

Any help is appreciated. Reason is my site which was a PR4 don’t have any URLs/pages indexed since the transferred accdg to webmaster tools although at the moment, site still appears on searches.
