Generate Shortcode Button Not Working

    When I click on the green generate shortcode button it goes dark green and nothing happens. Any suggestions please? Thanks

    I just checked and do not find any problem.

    Can you please confirm that you are using the latest versions of WordPress and SLD – 5.4 and 7.5.5?

    Hi, yes both are up to date. I’ve spent many attempts trying to do it now and nothing happens when you click on the button aside from going darker green. Is the process wrong perhaps? I have published a couple of lists and then attempted to try and add the shortcode into the relevant pages. Thanks

    What is the theme you are using?
    Can you open browser console in the page edit area (F12 in chrome) and see if there is any error or warning in the Console tab?
