Tagline and Header Photo Doesn’t Show up

  • Hello all,

    I am VERY new to wordpress and know nothing of coding or designing and barely learned what plug ins were. So, my header/website photo, my tagline, and my footer social media information does NOT show up! I’m so frustrated, I’ve looked into this for hours and I can’t seem to find a solution, and I’d greatly appreciate any help you guys can give me!
    I initially used one of the basic, twenty WP themes. And none of these features showed up. So, I looked into the dosislite theme which I really liked and it had great reviews. I thought maybe if I changed it, it would show up. NOPE! Still not working. I installed a few plug ins there were recommended, and it is STILL NOT WORKING.

    I have cleared my cache 100 times, I have deactivated my plugs in several times, I have changed my theme to several others with no change, and now I went ahead and just deleted all of my posts and blogs to make the site as simple as possible and still… nothing.

    What can I do??

    I’m using www.ads-software.com with dreamhost at [ redundant link removed ] with YOAST SEO, WPFORMS LITE, W3 total cache, headers and footers, footer putter, Elementor, Boldgrid, and a few others out of sheer desperation.

    Please help!!
