Desactivate plugin not work…

    Hello,
    I’m trying to uninstall this plugin and delete all traces of it included in my database and I can’t do it.

    In my Back Office I have gone to the plugins option and clic uninstall and it is thinking hours and hours … but it doesn’t uninstall anything …

    Could you tell me how I solve this?

    If the plugin is not uninstalling through the admin interface, the next step is to log in via FTP or via your web host’s file manager, and manually delete the files.

    To remove the data from the database, you could use an interface like adminer or PHPMyAdmin to interact with the database and delete the tables that are prefixes with give like wp_give_donationmeta (etc)

    The only other things that would need to be cleared from the database would be posts saved to the wp_posts table and the give_settings which is saved to the wp_options table.

    (all of the above assumes your database table prefix is wp_, so change it if necessary.)

    Your Web host should be able to help with all of the above.
