Images not displaying properly.Please Help

I have a theme that I’ve been working on for a few days and can not get the images to display the way they should. I was able to get the images on but there not on there right. This is how they should look

but as you can see the pictures are too small in both areas they should be like the two examples, and the first is a working site. Any suggestions you might have I would appreciate. Here is the set up guide
