• Hello,

I am currently making a multilingual website using Elementor PRO and Polylang, where the different languages have different domains.
I already have a working setup, with different headers/footers and front page for 3 languages. The domain “www.cloud-cuddle.de” is my main domain. “cloudcuddle.eu” and “cloudcuddle.be” are secondary domains.

I have already installed and used the plugin “Multidomain Support for Elementor”. This made me able to open the pages in Elementor (which I was not able to do before). However, now I have the issue that the Widget Panel is not loading (it’s greyed out). Moreover, when I edit a page of my secondary domains, an error appears in my console: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()”.

The thing is, his problem ONLY exists on the pages of my secondary domains. All pages of my main domain I can edit without problems. Also, if I instead use Polylangs URL setting: “The language is set from the directory name in pretty permalinks”, I have no issues.

I have read through Elementor’s guide regarding the greyed-out widget panel issue here: https://docs.elementor.com/article/576-elementor-widget-panel-not-loading

I followed and checked all these steps, however, none of the solutions have worked for me. I have contacted Elementor, but they were not able to help me further and advised me to contact Polylang.

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue?

Thank you very much in advance for your attention.
    Lennart

  • Hello,

I’m having exactly the same issue than you have.
Also installed the multidomain plugin but for my secondary domain the widget are greyed out also.

I have a setup with Polylang and Elementor and the multidomain plugin. No other plugins installed.

    regards
