No signup option

    We’ve configured the plugin, have registrations enabled, but there is no signup/register option.

    Under basic in the Auth0 settings it says:

    Signups are currently enabled by this setting “Anyone can register” in the WordPress General Settings.

    What am I missing?

    I figured this out, user error. Disable Sign Ups is enabled on one of the DB connections.
