Age slider filter not working on mobile

  • When I try to filter my member directory on a mobile device according to age, the slider filter doesn’t work. Specifically, I cannot move the bars to constrain the age range, the filter/slider simply doesn’t respond or move. Can you help with this?

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? Does this issue with a default WP Theme and UM active only?

    I’m using UM version 2.1.5 and the Neve Theme, I think it’s connected to the theme, since it works on the computer?

    Were you able to tweak your theme to fix the issue with the filters? Does this issue occur with a default WP Theme? UM works with almost all popular themes that follow the WP coding standards.

    Hi, no I couldn’t find a way to fix it, I wouldn’t know where either, could you tell me how? I think the Neve theme is a standard theme though, is this not a UM issue?
