Change title on selected image

Help! I am having serious issues in trying to change the word “blog” displaying on my home page selected image. I am not sure how to change this & would LOVE some help in working it out. I have a feeling I have linked a page incorrectly to the home page, but I can’t for the life of me work out how to fix it.
