Not receiving the second email with download link

  • Hi,

    I have done the followings:

    1. followed the instruction to set up Paypal IPN
    2. Enabled “Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” and “Send Emails to Seller After Purchase”
    3. Disabled wordpress security plugin

    The buyer only receives an email from Paypal saying the payment is successful, while there is no follow up email with the download link. Although I also enabled email to seller, I didn’t receive an additional email after the paypal payment received email.

    Can you please help? Thanks!

    Hi, check to make sure the emails are not landing in the spam box. Also enable Debug mode and carry out a test. Once completed your test if you don’t receive an email, check the log file.
