Exclude category from showing on brands pages

Hi, is there some code I can add to my functions file or another way to exlude a specific category of products to show up on the brands pages? I have an accessories category I don’t want to show products from when people click on the brands pages, only main products – is this possible? I already have a function which hides the accessories category from the shop pages but it still shows the accessory products on brand pages.
