Adding the Shortcode in the Message Body stops Sending mail

  • Hi,
    When i add the shortcode what happens is that after submitting the form it won’t send any mail and if i remove the shortcode then it will send the mail. Is there any version compatibility required for this plugin?

    Hi there. Sorry to hear that. Does the contact form show an error message or how have you noticed that the emails are not sent? Have you tried controlling the sent emails with a plugin like WP Mail Logging by MailPoet?

    To have this information would help us to find your problem.
