Page not showing and not loading

Well that sounds frustrating! I’ll offer a few additional items to check, but some additional information from you can help us better troubleshoot ??

First, did you publish the page? If it is in draft, it won’t show up!

Second, are you hoping to have a list of links on this page (https://thenantwichclinic.co/marketplace/) that link to the new pages? If so, they won’t show up automatically, and you’ll need to add those hyperlinks to your main page.

I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for, so if you don’t mind providing a more detailed description of what you want to see (like a drop down menu of the pages, excerpts of the page on the marketplace page, etc.) that would be really helpful!

1. Yes I didpublish it
2. nope I am not creating hyperlinks
3. I created a page to be added to the main menu
I am using Variant Builder here are the issues
– Shop page – when I launch variant it just keeps loading and loading
– I deleted the old shop page thinking it was corrupted and created a new shop page but the same thing happened. Note: the other pages loads fine using variant
– since the shop page wasn’t loading I deleted it again and created a marketplace page instead variant loaded the page fine I was able to add the products and saved it. When I went back to the dashboard and closed the marketplace page I couldn’t find it anywhere in the pages.
– I checked one by one but the marketplace page isn’t there
-so I decided to recreate the marketplace page again but this time the link shows marketplace-2 which is weird because the first one I did is not showing up yet the link of the second marketplace page shows marketplace-2.
– I did the same thing added the products and saved it the same thing happened the page is not showing in the pages tab and nowhere to be found.

I hope this gives you a better explanation of what I am experiencing and I hope you can help me.

Hi @gillianfox, thanks for the extra details! It seems like Variant Builder is a commercial plugin. I’m not familiar with it myself, but it seems like what you are trying to accomplish will be better supported by visiting any official support channel that Variant Builder has!

As a forum volunteer, we also don’t have access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme or plugin isn’t working as expected, and the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. I hope you find the answers you need there! ??
