Remove Google Plus from Top Bar->Social

    As Google Plus is no longer available, the field for it from the Top Bar -> Social should be removed.

    Thank you for your suggestion, but Google+ is still available for G Suite owners ??

    In that case, it might still be useful to some people, especially business websites.
