The checkout process is slowing down.

  • Describe the bug
    When placing an order confirmation page loads very slow (30-40 seconds)

    To Reproduce
    Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    Add product to card
    Try to pay an order
    Expected behavior
    Loading confirmation page shouldn’t take so long.

    I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
    This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.

    Hi @astre,

    I understand your confirmation or thank you page takes time to load and it is slow.

    I ran a test on my test site multiple times and I was not able to replicate this behavior, therefore it is possible that something else is going on with your site.

    Oh thank you so much for such a quick response, I already followed this link and tried everything, I have 2 more sites on which I have never encountered a problem. I do not know what to do. I lose customers every day. How can I find the action that takes so long on load?
