Verse Block not Styling

    Hi,

    Since the recent updates, I had some issues with blocks not displaying in the editor. Now that everything is up to date, the blocks display in the editor and on the published site. The only remaining issue is Verse block does not appear to be experiencing any parent styling once published. Paragraph blocks are displaying properly, though.

    I have made sure everything is up to date as of today. The only thing that is not completely up to date is our PHP version. I work for this organization and not everything is completely under my control. I know I need to update it for security, but that may take some time. Could that be the problem?

    I checked the verse block and it’s working fine for me.

    This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict at your end. Please attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If it doesn’t resolve your issue, please check it with default theme and let me know how it goes.

    I cannot get my verse block to maintain formatting either. This is a new problem. Unfortunately, I am not very techie, so difficult answers like one above won’t help. Can WP not correct from their end as it seems to be a common problem.

    Does this issue happen with other themes too or only with Hestia?

    Also, the recommendation above doesn’t require any coding or technical knowledge, to use that suggestion you only need access to your dashboard of WordPress and Plugins section, there you can disable all plugins and try enabling one by one to identify the conflicting plugin if styling works with all the plugins disabled.

    Thank you so much for replying, Vytis. I only have my one theme (not sure what it is) in WP I will see if I can figure out how to do that.
