Admin toolbar missing from regular pages in site?

So, I understand why the admin toolbar can’t be included on the kanban board itself; there’s a lot going on there! But it appears that it’s also killing it on normal pages and posts? Is there any way to change that? I’m currently running the plugin in a multisite dev sandbox and none of my other sites running the same theme are having this problem. Am willing to investigate further, but thought I’d start by asking, in case this is a known issue.
