@juanbejar thank you for sending that information. There seemed to be an issue with the api endpoint url with your account ID. After investigating more, I found that Eventbrite has discrepancies with their api endpoints and sometimes this issue will happen when they depreciate or change how it works. Anyway, I was able to change the request to be more explicit and that successfully worked with your account. I have pushed this change to the latest version of the plugin 1.0.3 so that it fixes your issue and hopefully doesn’t happen to someone else.
Please go ahead and update the plugin, delete the current block, replace with a new one, and re-save your api key. Then please report back.
