Not Receiving Comments

  • Comments load properly, however, when I make a comment it does not show up in the admin dashboard to approve.

    The user is left thinking they submitted a comment, but I never see it.

    Any thoughts on this?

    I wanted to add, I reset the theme to default and still noticed this issue happening.
