Variation selection not working properly on mobile

I am using the pro version for quite some time now and love the plugin. But I just encountered a problem with it. While everything is working perfectly on desktop, I am not able to select variations on mobile devices. I have tested this with two different iPhones and an iPad to verify it was not my mobile browser.

Variation boxes or images show up fine, but need to be double clicked, well, sometimes. Sometimes I can select a variation and other times I can’t. The frame around the box shows up, but the variation is not selected and therefore can”t be added to the cart. I suppose this issue is costing me a lot of sales right now.

I have tested the actual version and version 1.0.76 and played around with cache options as well. I have disabled my caching plugin (WP Rocket) as well, but that didn’t get me any further. Please look into this issue because I would hate to disable the plugin.

If anyone has seen a similar issue and has a solution I’ll appreciate your experiences.
