Lots of /405 urls in 404 log

Hello John,
Over the past few days my 404 log has been dominated by these 405 urls:

There is no associated IP address, so I wanted to ask if this could be an attack of some sort, and if so what steps I could take to verify?
Our impressions tanked in GSC around the same time as these started showing up, so I’m trying to get to the bottom of it and see if there is a correlation or if it just coincidence.
