    What can I do, if I want to give first time customers a coupon or a gift card or 20% off?

    For example:
    Before someone clicks the Order Button, I offer a 20% Coupon.
    Customers will sign up in my email system, and within this system they usually receive the coupon.

    But how can I integrate or manage this with this system?

    You need to set up a promotion that:
    – offers 20% discount
    – is not shown in your online menu (can be redeemed only by entering the coupon code at checkout);
    – has a custom coupon code (like “20OFF” or whatever);
    – can be used only once per client.

    So, when the clients signs up for your newsletter you give them the coupon (same coupon for everybody, in our example “20OFF”). When they order they use it at checkout (https://prnt.sc/saxakc) and get the discount (https://prnt.sc/saxace). The coupon will work only once per client.
