WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced = all the available choices for Cart, Checkout and Account are front end pages (primary menu) not backend choices for WC.
That is expected — those settings are for choosing the pages that will be used on the frontend for the customers to view the Cart, Checkout, and My Account pages.
In your initial post, when you said “View Cart redirects to Home. Also Cart icon top of page also redirects to Home”, you were referring to the View Cart and mini-cart on the front end of the site, correct? The settings above will set the Cart page so that those links go to the correct page instead of redirecting to the home page.
If you are still having trouble, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
