• Hi,

    We recently(as of today) are getting messages from customers that it is not possible to accces the website due to the anti virus blocking the site (1 with panda antivirus).
    I checked with a lot of tools but do not see any problems when scanned.
    We had a peak in visits yesterday but did not notice any changes in the code or any other problems.

    How can I be sure the site does not have any problems?

    Do you happen to have a screenshot of the message your customers are receiving? You might reach out to Panda Security for their thoughts on why this might be happening.

    As far as making sure the site isn’t infected, the guide below may help. But, I’d reach out to Panda Security for their thoughts before diving in. Of course, it can’t hurt to update all passwords including WordPress, sFTP, database, and hosting control panel.

    Please let us know what they say as it may be helpful for others that run into this.
