I have made a webshop in English and in Dutch as a second language. By default, the language is English. I noticed that when I place an order on the English version of the website, my WooCommerce order confirmation is in English as wel, but my pdf invoice is in Dutch. Why is that and can we change this? When I order on the English version of the website, my invoice should come in English as wel.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi! The free version of our plugin is not multilingual. On a single language installation it simply follows the language of the context, meaning:

    • When your site is in Dutch, the invoice will be in Dutch when the customer downloads it from their account, and the invoice will be in Dutch when they receive it by email
    • When your admin is in English, and you (as admin) download the invoice, it will be in English

For multilingual sites using either WPML or Polylang, our Professional extension is required for full support. This extension makes sure that the invoice is always in the language of the order itself, regardless of the context (admin/frontend).

We don’t support any other multilingual plugins besides WPML and Polylang, but I see on your site that you’re using WPML, so the Professional extension is the way to go here.

Hi, I didn’t want to create another topic, but my problem is similar.
The website language is French/English. Even if French is the default language, my admin is in French and the order was made by a French customer: the invoice is in English. I can create a template to translate some words myself (invoice number, date, address…). But the product titles are from the English version of the product.
