    Please add the following code to the Custom CSS field in the Customizer (Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS/JS):

    a: focus {
outline: 0px !important;
outline: none !important;
}

    However, I’m not seeing that on your website, so I assume you have already found the solution here on the forum and resolved the issue?
